Today, as we reflect on the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we're launching a challenge. Dr. King spoke of the “fierce urgency of now.” For 300 H.S. Athletes in your local area, “now” is the time to bridge the gap between their talent on the field or court of play and their dream career. Our Workshop Goal is to Secure 300 “Dream Career Path” Summer Jobs and Internships that align with their long-term dream career goals.

2026 SoCal HHSA Public Service Career Campaign
As the demand for resilient and team-oriented talent grows, the HHSA is leveraging the unique "intangible" skills of varsity athletes—leadership, time management, and coachability—to fill critical roles within city departments, non-profits, and public agencies.
SPONSORSHIP TIERS
Corporate: Main Partner ($3,000)
Keynote Video Slot: 2-min welcome video played for all attendees. Top-tier logo placement on all marketing. Verbal recognition during the live opening.
Corporate: Squad Captain ($1,500)
Featured Banner Ad: Digital banner rotated throughout the selected local events platform. Logo included in all pre-event email blasts to 5,000+ contacts (athletes, parents, etc)
Corporate: Key Holder ($500)
Digital Presence: Logo and hyperlink on the official HHSA website for 6 months. Acknowledgment in the “Thank You” post-event email.

Our Mission
Founded in 2024, Hire High School Athletes (HHSA) is a non-profit organization committed to creating pathways for high school athletes to leverage their athletic training and discipline into successful professional careers. HHSA provides resumes, networking opportunities, and career guidance to help student-athletes transition from competitive sports to impactful roles in various industries, with a focus on public service for the 2026 Campaign.

INLAND EMPIRE, CA - Monday, January 5, 2026 - Hire High School Athletes (HHSA), a leading organization dedicated to connecting student-athletes with meaningful career opportunities, today announced the launch of its 2026 Southern California Public Service Career Campaign, themed “From the Field to the Frontline: Your Next Play Starts Here.” This initiative aims to bridge the gap between the disciplined world of high school athletics and the vital public service sectors of law enforcement, education, fire services, healthcare and more.
