At Hire High School Athletes, our mission is to create pathways for high school athletes that connect athletics with career opportunities and professional development for job seekers.
Founded in 2024 by Coach Ekene @hsnildealsguy, Hire High School Athletes began with a personal brand building workshop aimed at creating career opportunities for local high school athletes from his Alma Mater, Ayala High School. Fast forward to 2026, and now 25+ High School Athlete Dream Career Coaches have launched their own workshops, helping high school athletes in their community become successful job seekers.
We offer a variety of programs and services tailored to meet the needs of our high school athletes. HHSA provides career opportunities, resumes, networking opportunities, and career guidance to assist student-athletes in transitioning from competitive sports to impactful roles in various industries, with a special emphasis on public service for the 2026 Campaign, helping job seekers navigate their paths.
