Our Origins
As a former Division 1 College Football Player, Hire High School Athletes Organization CEO Coach Ekene aka the @hsnildealsguy has dedicated his life to mastering the skill of connecting companies with high school athlete job seekers. After moving back to be closer to his retired parents, Coach E donated his time to help local Inland Empire High School Athletes with their NIL Brand Building & Marketing Skills, along with strategies to get on their "Dream Career Path", prompting him to found the @hsnildealsguy Brand using the same strategies he's been teaching daily in his X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook Groups communities since 2020.
Following the launch of his 27-minute Virtual Mini-workshop for his team and one on one coaching services debut, Hire High School Athletes was founded to help him find high school athlete job seekers to help with administrative and social media marketing, which then opened a flood of candidates ready to work for various reasons ranging from, needing extra money to buy a new car to needing extra money to help their parents with bills, the stories were heart wrenching, which resulted in a desperate need for action.
Hire High School Athletes 501(c)(3) public charity organization was founded to address the need to connect dedicated young athletes with internships, part time and full time job opportunities that keep them on their Dream Career Path.
